All tattoo services are subject to availability and professional discretion.

Appointments may require a deposit. Deposits are:

• Non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Applied toward the final session price
• Subject to forfeiture in case of no-shows or late cancellations (see Cancellation Policy)

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons, including safety, inappropriate behavior, or medical concerns.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of your appointment.

We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.

4. Health and Safety

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• You are in good physical condition
• You do not have any medical conditions that would interfere with tattooing
• You will disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to the procedure

You understand that tattooing involves permanent body modification and inherent risks, including allergic reactions, infections, and dissatisfaction with the final result.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices vary depending on design, size, placement, and complexity. Final pricing will be discussed prior to the session.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We may accept cash, card, or other methods as indicated by the studio.

All sales are final.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Notice must be provided at least [insert hours, e.g., 48 hours] in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit
• Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, logos, and content on the Site are the property of Neto Tattoo Florida unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork or content without written permission.

Custom tattoo designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed.

8. Results and Expectations

Tattoo results may vary depending on skin type, healing process, aftercare, and other factors. We do not guarantee identical results to reference images or previous work.

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions.

Touch-ups may be offered at our discretion and may involve additional fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neto Tattoo Florida shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences
• Complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
